For over 100 years the BUAV has been campaigning peacefully to create a world where nobody wants or believes we need to experiment on animals.
Through undercover investigations, political lobbying, the promotion of cruelty free products, legal and scientific expertise and media activities the BUAV works tirelessly to make the world a better place for animals.
We work lawfully and professionally, building relationships with MPs, MEPs, business leaders and other decision-makers. We also analyse legislation and sit on decision-making panels around the globe, to act as the voice for laboratory animals. We are determined in our fight to achieve positive lasting change in legislation to make a long-term difference for animals.
