Sandra Gidley, MP, launches cruelty-free office

Sandra Gidley MP puts Romsey on the cruelty-free map!

The BUAV is delighted that Sandra Gidley, MP for Romsey, has joined forces with us to Clean Up Cruelty by supporting our campaign to end animal testing for household products and their ingredients. She has declared her constituency office cruelty-free by ensuring that all the cleaning products used are only those approved under the BUAV’s humane standard. The Romsey MP was recently presented with a certificate by BUAV senior parliamentary adviser, Jenny Gowen.

Sandra Gidley, MP said: "Many people think about animal testing of cosmetics and medicines but testing of cleaning products is often ignored. I hope that others will now make an active decision to go cruelty free."
